Be patient people. They are just busy. The pharmaceutical world is beyond busy nowadays. I was able to immediately sense that the person who picked up the phone seemed in a rush so I slowed down and made it nice for both. It has always ended in good terms with me and this pharmacy. Although they can work a bit on their attitude, things aren’t always going to be as nice as we may want them to be, most specifically in a highly stressful environment.

Unacceptable service today, 25 minutes waiting for a medicine to be mix, when I called early today and it was supposed to be ready at 12pm, now it is 3:45pm and it is still not ready! By the way I call at 1:58 pm to ask again and they put me on hold and then at 2:03 pm they hung up the call, I called again and I got a voicemail that they are closed from 2pm to 3pm for lunch, very bad service

Publix use to be a great shopping place till now. Prices are extremely high. Very few organic products. BOGO's are a lot of times random products people don't normally buy and not the healthiest options. Publix also has a bad tendency of letting products expire on their shelves and the consumer like myself won't notice until I get home so now I must check every product I purchase. Also, publix does not give you the option to return products at just any publix without receipt although they use to. Very disappointed with how publix has become very greedy with their consumers. You shop anywhere else to get the same products and you'll see how much cheaper your bill will be!

Deli department sucks at this point even WalMart deli department is better or on the same level of customer service RUDE lazy always talking and making jokes with other employees and literaly waiting in line for about 20 minutes just to get a quarter pound of cheese management needs to do better or the company itself needs to stop BIENG so greedy and hire more deli people and more equipment always lazy attitude and miserable always pissed when I go to the deli why caus it never fails to have same thing occur

When you call to check on your prescription, the staff gets very rude even though you try to be polite to them and then now when you check the app they remove your prescription that was in progress. Been waiting on prescriptions almost a week and a half now and everybody has a different story.

Do better in the deli. You offer an order ahead service. However, my order is never in the pickup area. Always not ready on time or sitting on a counter in the back for no reason. Last time I was given my order with someone else's mixed in. Today I ordered 3/4lb and was only given 1/2lb. This was the deli manager doing the orders!! It's either lack of attention or sheer laziness. Neither of which is acceptable. Again...do better.

Absolutely the best pharmacy ever. They are all wonderful people! The gentleman that helped me went out of his way to help me find the best price for the meds I needed. I have no insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I am grateful for the time and consideration that he and the Pharmacist showed me. Thank you! 100/10 recommend.

Terrible customer service and the pharmacist and techs are liars… we pay for these meds and have insurance… yet somehow it’s the culture of laziness and boldface lying to customers that is the standard for Publix these days…too bad your cooperation allows this nonsense… you had a refill order for days and the medication available but want to decide when a patient should start taking their pills. I think you forgotten your scope of practice here and should be mindful that it interferes with people’s health. Btw… no stars…

I had the worse experience ever, after leaving the hospital I was provided with a prescription to take to the pharmacy once I arrived I waiting about 15 to 20 minutes on the drop off area no one came to help then I decided to go to the pick up area where everyone was, I was having chills and my fever was sky high, I gave the pharmacy tech the prescription and she said I need to go to the drop off area I explain to her that I was there already and no one came, another tech came who was working in the drop off area and but it stating I need to go there, I sad "why can you just take the paper here, makes no sense" after me getting upset she finally took it and told me it would take 4 hours to get it filled I found that hard to believe due to the type of meds I was giving, she said we will text , four hour came by nd no text at this point the pharmacy closed so I spent all night miserable with chills and fever, today I decided to go back since no one called, when I arrived my prescription was no ready I ask to talk to the pharmacy which it was a different one from yesterday I ask her, how long does this type of prescription takes to get fill? She says about 7 minutes, my was not even filled and literally took them about 7 minutes to get it ready, this is not right to do to any human being just because you are having a bad day or perhaps you don't like what you do, i suffered all night because they had an attitude and didn't want to do what they supposed to, bad business, I am not a happy customer, so if your life depends on this pharmacy run and find another one you will be dead before they give you your meds.
