Went to the cafeteria to buy a Cuban sandwich, and the ladies didn't want to make the sandwich the way that I wanted to,but on top of that, all the ladies were arguing with each other, they have really bad customer services. Don't recommend it to anyone.

Best hot food section. Not a whole lot of variety but extremely well cooked, seasoned and portioned.The only thing for me is that I live about 30 miles away, so I don't get to it often. But when in their neck of woods, highly recommend.The store is pretty big and some items are highly priced compared to other stores, but then, it's Homestead and far from most other stores. The people are very nice.

I needed to go to a Supermarket, my friend lives on Brickell, and I found this place I have to say I don’t speak English, but people there try their best. They work very, very hard and I want to thank the people that cook the food there and that serves the food they work very hard. Thank you so much And the chicken I think they should put it in chicken broth with onions and it won’t dry but the food is excellent. Thank you so much. Also, thank you to the cashier. Leonor thank you, Presidente.. it’s not about the money I had a party and I bought most of my stuff from them. Thank you very much again. Most of my friends are very stuck up but I’m down to earth. Thank you again..

I visited today this supermarket in Homestead and received an outstanding customer service from DIANELIS, an amazing cashier that was always gentle, professional and kind and that's the correct aptitude that made the difference between an excellent and good employer. Very cheap high quality produce. Perfect for small restaurants. The meat is excellent and cheap if you buy in bulk. 8.99lb Tomahawk steaks the size of your foot!!! Shop here every week.

I was pleasantly surprised with this store. First, it was way bigger than I thought it would be. Second, it was cleaner than I thought it would be. And third, it had many items that I don't find in any other store in the area. I will be returning to the store again. It's a great find.

Poor service and false advertisement, this happened May 3, 2023. When asked for an email of a district manager I was denied. That I know of it is illegal to give false advertisement. I went the following day to another president store and showed them the video and they were in all about what occurred to me.Location: 240 NE 8th St, Homestead, FL 33030

I've been shopping here since it opened. I usually shop for 2 households. Yesenia A. and supervisor Indira would not sell me the coffee on sale even if it was on 2 different transactions. Two different groceries should not be subject to the 1 family deal. I have to shop for 1 family and then go back for my parent's groceries to get items on sale. It's absurd and unfair to customers who shop.We usually get lunch for everyone at the office every day. Today will be the last time I shop in this store. They lost 2 families and 10 staff. I'm the supervisor and the one with the credit cards to purchase lunch for all.
