I ordered Value Scent air freshener. Received an email saying it was shipped. the email which showed an image of what I ordered. It did take awhile to receive the order. That was acceptable except I didn't get what I ordered. i got Wiese metered spray. The best part is in the box with the spray is an invoice with my actual order, again showing an image of the Value Scent air freshener. Second time I ordered from a company that you can't reach on the phone. Never again will I do that. I did send an email. Let's see what happens. Hopefully, they'll make things right. Stay tuned for the response. One week later and no response to my email. What a rip off.

They were able to give me a dispenser with soap for my family when no one else in town did! Didn't even raise prices even tho the coronavirus made buying soap impossible! Thanks a ton!

They are horrible. Slow as a snail customer service. I placed an order that they have on their site and kept asking when it would ship. 5 days later got an answer that it would take a few more days. Then 20 mins later I get a refund. They stink and will make sure everyone knows. Here is a copy of their replies to us. Great customer service.

I have placed several orders from Noah Supply over the past few years. I live in Idaho and because of fast processing I have always received my items quickly. Marty even took the time to send an email to me thanking me for my business, now that's great customer service.

I placed an order for 2 day delivery and they told me I did not place 2 day. I told them I know what I paid for. They said they will check. Have not heard a response as in 10-25-18. I ordered 12 pack eco-bowl clips spice apple pie fresh products from Noah Supply. I put four clips in my bathroom you still can't smell the Apple spice sent. I will not use North Supply again.
