I went today, Sunday 10/23/2022, a man with a beanie helped me and told me that he couldn't help me because they didn't make telephone changes in their system that was central. When I went there I told the girl that they are supposed to do it. I appreciate the poor service he gave me because I will never go to that store again.

The technical support staff was super helpful. I was able to sign up for a tablet for an additional $15 / monthly onto my plan.I wanted the Moto G Stylus phone - which they didn't have in stock at the time. They had other Moto G phones, however. At this particular location, I only signed up for the Tablet.Great experience.

This store is the most unhelpful place. I wish I could leave a review for their customer service line though. My mother went with an unlocked iphone to have her number activated to the new phone and they sent away. They did not help her and this is not the first time they do this to her or me. I went with an issue on my phone and the before helping me they said my phone was done for and I needed to buy a new one. They do not try to resolve people's issues. I had to call customer service and the representative I spoke with, Eva, was so kind and helpful. This is not a reflection on her or Metro. My review is for this store which is unfortunately the closest one in my area. Don't come here they will not try to help you.

Christian is unprofessional i wasn't Comfortable with his customer service skills, no satisfaction at all. He should be RETRAINED With Better skills and Guienune Manners ....JUST NEEDED MY BILL PAID.
