Great experience over all! Found the car through autotrader and their sales manager got right back to me. Went the next day and worked with Karim who was an excellent and straight forward sales man. Excellent service my appointment were at 8am I arrived 15 minutes early my service advisor were already waiting me he welcome me with a smile communicate with me as to what service I needed and he assured me that they will take care of me which they did I wasn't there for a long time maybe a couple of hours once the repairs were done he explained to me everything that were done, I left a very happy customer.

Lorenzo for has very knowledgeable workers, and once they welcome you you feel like you're taken care of. But I would give them 4 and 1/2. Stars. Because some times they are hard to reach. And don't answer some people's calls.

I took the car in for one problem and they found another problem.i was unsure about the problem they found but it sounded reasonable that I had that problem, so I gave approval to do the work and I knew the price up front. Although I knew the cost, I still felt it was unreasonable. Two other mechanics that I have used recently have about half the labor rate of Ford. I paid about $2800 but I feel that about $1500 would have been more reasonable.
