HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Came in for dip and pedicure. I don’t know if the girl was new but it took her almost 30 minutes just to wrap my nails to remove the gel.
The pedicure was horrible. Took an hour and she kept adding acetone in the polish to thin it out which is a huge no no(I am a cosmetologist).
By the time we finished I was there almost 2 hours and did not have time to do my hands. They charged me $40 to leave like this?! I left no tip and will not be back. The spa is also filthy. Dust and dirt everywhere. Everything cluttered. I should have turned around and left when I walked in.

My nails came out horrible, I now have to spend more money to get them fixed. I usually go to another place in Doral but I was in a bit of a rush. The nail tech was nice but she did not do a good job on my nails. I regret stopping in the place.

n this salon they are ambitious, like almost all Vietnamese salons, they do not care about the client, only the money for a girl who barely even has to paint her nails, they charged 25 dollars and the owner was waiting for my daughter not to leave without paying, wanting to charge someone else person, we are not all the same, I say the same as her, they care about money and not about providing good service.

I was charged 70 dollars for a refill when I called they told me 35 for a refill. They told me because my nails were too long. When I broke one nail they charged me 7 dollars to fix one nail. I do not personally understand why I was charged 70 when I already had nails on. Of course I paid it but I will personally never come back. If you're interested in a nail tech go to Ethan Nail and ask for Juju. When I called because I was confused for the price the lady told me next time to come back and go to her. No I will not be coming back. I paid 70 DOLLARS FOR A REFILL AND NO DESGIN ON TOP OF THAT.

I had never come to this place even thought it is extremely close to my house but I decided to give it a try since I wanted to get my nails done before I left for my trip. I didn't have the best experience the guy that did my toes was extremely rough, he cut so much extra skin that I ended up bleeding multiple times. He didn't cut my nails properly how I asked. The lady that did my nails did an okay job in some of the nails you can see that she didn't add the proper amount of paint to it or there were some spots missing. I honestly wouldn't recommend or even come back to this place.

paid $70 for a regular mani pedi and it was a disaster, had to go to another place to fix it! They did my eyebrows and just left a thin line, very bad experience.

I had my acrylics done by Jackie. She has a lot of experience and it shows. I could see her attention to detail and yet she was fast and thorough. The first time I did my nails with her , I didn't need a touch up of fill in for almost a month. Just had my pedicure done with her as well (didn't know she did those) and I was very happy. I love them. I been going for about one year and each one of them are kind and knows their job! All these negative comments, PLEASE do not LITSEN. Try it yourself. I am the type to find another place if i get treated bad. Thankfully i have not had that issue here. Kevin always does my hands and julie always does my feet and lashes and brows. They take their time. Never once i had a problem! Anybody in here is good. I just PERSONALLY PREFER kevin and julie. Kelly knows how to do design on nail. Great talent.
