From my experience the majority of the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I have had issues before with returning but it was mostly on my part not being in the return window. They have always helped to the most of their ability. The Amazon section is really good and the staff there is always efficient and helpful. The only down side is that the Amazon section is in the far right corner of the store, so you have to walk a lot. Other than that, most of my experiences here at Khol's have been good thankfully.

Went today and had a nasty cashier. Such a nice store with ghetto cashier. I put my stuff on a counter no where near the register and this lady starts yelling at me and carrying on. The service the cashier tried to give me was like being at the DMV office next level rude she hates her job and she tries to take it out on customers. Don't know why they have such a ghetto girl working the register.
Maybe because it's Homestead. They have Lowered Expectations. Just do yourself a favor and drive to Kendall so you don't have to deal with this Shanaynay

I have to give the biggest shout out and compliment to a Sephora employee ELIZEBETH ! She took the time to color match me with multiple foundations until she found the exact shade and concealer! Her whole face brightened up as soon as she got it ! I was literally her canvas and she was the artist! She was super sweet , made me feel comfortable and you can see she loves her job ! ☺️also a wonderful cashier who was helpful and kind ??Good experience for me .

I have always had a positive expereince at Kohls. I have been visiting the store since it furst opened. The store is well organized, clean, professional staff and many items to choose from. Returns are made easy, there is a pcik up station for items purchased online, and an Amazon return. I visit the store once or twice a month. When they have sales 30% to 40% off plus Kohls' cash, I leave spening much less.

Good selection. Sephora is nice but overpriced. Amazon returns are great but the store needs to post the Amazon deal hours on the door.
