I had to return some items. No problems at all, and the cashier was very friendly. The 4 stars is because at another visit the cashier was kinda short with me.

I purchase online from kohl's, and whenever I have a return or exchange, this store is very easy and convenient for me. Also, when I have an Amazon return, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and I am in and out very quickly, with no headache whatsoever.
