If you make an appointment it doesn’t matter. Waited for over 30 minutes. Didn’t get the technician that I asked for. Made an appointment with my friend for pedicures and they put us 4 chairs apart. I’ll probably start going somewhere else.

I have yet to have a bad experience in this salon. I've loved all my nails!! They're very polite and cleanly.

I went in for a basic pedicure and did not receive that. The place looks clean when you walk in, but the experience horrible. They took care of me pretty quick and the people were nice but my nail girl kept on complaining about how tired she was. After she was finish with my pedicure they were misshapen, skin still hanging off of them and they were not clean correctly. I had to go back twice so they could semi-fix the issue. I am not happy with the outcome of my nails. I’m not sure I’ll go back there again.

This salon is not very clean. The nail tech did not sanitize her equipment in between clients. I got a gel manicure and the next day they already chipped in several places. My nails were ruined for the special event I got them done for. Returned two days later to have them redone, however within 4 days my gel manicure was chipped again. Waste of time and money. Will not be returning.

Nail techs are horribleThey do not know what they are doing even after I asked ahead of time if they knew how to do curved nails They didn’t even lay on the acrylic properlyWent back to shop to correct and the owner then said she could not fix bc there was no guarantee with curved nails…WOW!!!!!!! I’ve been doing curved for years…She just wanted the money and did not care that she did not know how to do the job!!!Do not go here and waste your money…The work they do is subpar.

Do not go here!!!!!!! The owner took my money saying she knew how to do a job and ended up leaving my nails with uneven acrylic and cuts on my fingers...I asked her to fix the job and she told me to come back in 2 days..Which I did and then she said she could no longer fix!!!!!!!! This shop will do a horrible job and then make excuses for their work!

From afar the nails look cute but up close, you can see so many mistakes, I had a little flower gems, and they fell off within three days and you could see the glue from the flowers all around the nail, they file so hard, and the nails still aren't even shaped that good. They also did zero cuticle prep so it looks really weird around my cuticles and they put something on my nail that touched my cuticle and it burned me. There's also a hair in my nail that is stuck. So overall from far away they don't look that bad but in reality, there's a bunch of mistakes.

if I could give them no stairs I would. my wife went to this place and not even 10 min she came back with 2 blood nails. i couldn't believe a place like this is still open I couldn't believe it. thank god my wife is an adult and just left with out making a scene cause I would of went in there throwing hands .. just saying fyi don't go to this place horrible. idk if I should post the picture it terrifying..

I continue going here because all the nail technicians I've had have been great. Great service and no pain. I do gel mani pedi. Polish lasts long, and lots of variety of colors to choose from!
