Olga was owesome. Se helped me with an amended tax return that was very bad done at another place last year. She greatly was able to reduce what supposedly I had to pay back. I definitely recommend her. She will investigate and make sure you get the best out of your situation.

I was very dissapointed with my visit on yesterday. at 288 WalmartMy taX preparer was very professional and caring!My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with him ( Mr. Owen Murray). I asked him for a quote before he started and he quoted me 5??.00 ?????to do my 2021.Preparation at WALMART! I filed last year at 184 office and Mr. Brown was awesome and I paid 6??.00 for tax preparations.(rediculous) . I refuseded to pay $ 500 on yesterday when i filed on 2019. Taxed at Walmart in FLa city and paid approx. $ 115.00 .for total for tax preparation. She was great .however 288st. was closer to my home. On yesterday... I refused to pay so he called his Supervisor and she took of 50% Which was 249.00 plus $45 for bank fee.total $300.00?????.This is Rediculous. I agreed being I was late on filing tax. The prices are AwfulI could have gone to 184 in comfortable.clean office. and paid $600. .rather then go to noisy Walmart with no privacy at all. This will be MY LAST TIME with Jackson hewitt.! . ..PRICES are AWFUL.No thank YOU.!

We got very good deer ice but I was upset when he told me your charge . I think there procedure should be to give you an approximate charge before they do your taxes. I was very upset when he said 217 dollars for a very simple forms for four incomes

Don’t come here to do taxes. Go to a CPA! I been waiting over a year to get my refund from last year. The guy who did my tAxes ignored me and doesn’t answer. I had to go elsewhere to seek help. He made a mistake and never bothered going over his work. We are human and mistakes happen but can’t be playing with people and their money that way. Thanks to the young lady who took the time to look over his mistakes!
