Sergio is absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I have been filing our taxes with Sergio for over 10 years. He's so knowledgeable, personable and makes this dreadful experience bearable. We enjoy our time filing as we spend the whole time talking and catching up. He's become a friend to us. Sergio is just a great person who really knows his stuff. We never have to worry about our taxes being filed wrong with him. Highly highly suggest Sergio to anyone who still needs to file. He will be our tax pro until he retires which hopefully he never does ?

I had the worst experience coming here. Shirley did not want to help me file kept going around my question and every time I try to speak, she try to speak louder and over me she snatched my W-2 out of my hands and walked away without telling me the reason why she took Them, until after the fact, I questioned her about it. She has no customer service her body language and facial expression shows me that she didn’t want to help me. Overall, I would not recommend anyone going here and especially to her. ?

The tax specialist Margarita didn’t know what she was doing, she efiled my return and wasn’t supposed to efile due to the additional form that I needed along with it, it was supposed to be mailed all together. The next agent we were sent to said she didn’t even sign the return so we paid the second agent for all the services. It wasn’t until after I got the notification that the tax return was accepted that I saw Margarita efiled an incomplete tax return. I lost $3,600 from the original amount I was supposed to receive because of Margarita’s mistake. On top of that, additional money was taken out so she got her cut. I can’t even get through to a customer rep to fix it. Ironic that the office is temporarily closed after I found out the mistake she made.Update: it took the entire year to get their mess up cleared up with the irs. The representatives pretend they’re going to follow up and help refund money back from the cut that was taken but I had to file a complaint to main corporate to finally get them held accountable and get my money back. They said they were gonna send me a check of the full amount cut taken but later sent me a check with less than the promised amount.
