They're cleaning it up but parking is still an issue in my opinion. Customers should have access to the lower levels and Enterprise should park its cars on the higher levels. That's just my opinion

Parking is horrible due to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car. cannot go to the movies. Because all the rental cars are blocking front entrance to front inside... No restaurants when you get out theater. A bunch of empty storefronts.. since it's been open since it's been open. Need to get some good restaurants in there for people could stay and spend with the time with family. Charges for parking after 2 hours

Great location for just about anything. I personally enjoy losner park and the beautiful Homestead Cybrarium.

I would say that for you to improve the entirety of the area, clean up the area. Not allow drinking in or around or anywhere near. There is your answer..

Limited attractions, basic movie theater, non-Pro bowling lanes, kinda expensive for Homestead. No matter what, Parking is as much as the movie tickets... ridiculous.Ever hear of "Validating" so parking is free with movie or dinner ??
