I had a very bad experience today at that dealer in Homestead, the financier Erick has very little professionalism. I went looking for a car that I liked and of course a monthly payment that I could pay according to my budget, and that financier lacked ethics and professionalism. When I asked him why the monthly payment was so high he told me it was because my daughter had bad credit with tremendous arrogance. I understand that my daughter does not have a credit score of 700 but 650 is not a bad credit, and I have been in this country for many years buying and leasing cars. No one can BS me. If they had wanted to help me they would have done so. I do not recommend that you go to that dealer, you will leave disappointed. Very bad treatment for the client.
That's why they have so few customers and don't sell because they are so hateful…

My salesman was Shawn, he was absolutely amazing and made the process simple. I had a lexus 2021 I wanted to trade in and thanks to him and the manager Darwin they were able to match the quote I was offered at a different dealership and I was able to walk out with a lease on a 2024 santa fe which I love at a great deal! disgustingly disgusting! The only thing you can do is waste your time, the only thing they know how to do is change the oil. I wouldn't want to see one of those cars anymore or any of their dealers. Don't believe anyone, there are a lot of rats! Hyundai ? Ratatouille ? to sell a car if they run like rats but for service after you pay for your car in full! They crawl like crocodiles I hope you understand! Good luck to all the fools who arrive!

Today I feel happy. Thanks to the financier Alain and the salesman Rodolfo Paz, I was able to exchange my 2020 Kona for the 2024. They did the impossible with my credit to be able to purchase my car. I am happy thanks to the insurance guy who I don't remember his name and everyone. Last week I went to purchase a vehicle at Homestead Hyundai the service was excellent the salesperson that helped me out was Luis he was very straightforward with the numbers and helped me get a great deal on the Hyundai Santa Fe. The finance manager that helped me out was Alain he gave me great advice on the products they offer and was very helpful with the financing.

I am waiting for a response from the director of the dealership urgently to proceed with the pertinent complaints because they are scamming the customers' money for a refurbished engine with a paid guarantee and they have charged me a lot of money and the same problem returned and the diagnoses have been false I am recovering all the evidence to proceed. I asked to speak with the manager and that never happened. I had to proceed and take the car. I am working to make the pertinent claims with my attorney.
