The Homestead Community pharmacy is in amazing! I’ve been dealing with a chronic condition and their staff have consistently followed up with me to see how I’m doing- I have never worked with such a caring pharmacy! All of their staff are very knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional and are always available to answer any and all questions!

Horrible staff, i got prescribed a prescription because i changed pharmacy and called them a day earlier to make sure they had the medication. They said they did had it in stock so next the when i go pick it up, a rude lady tells me that they dont have it , that no one ever told me they had it and were all sketchy about it. Horrible experience, they should be a community pharmacy and help their community and all they are doing is looking for small things to not serve you like a ( wrong phone number)

Carlos and the staff provide excellent customer service. Very professional, courteous, and compassionate. My calls are picked up quickly. It’s a pleasure once again dealing with a wonderful pharmacy. I was referred by a friend that has been using Homestead Community Pharmacy for quite some time. I highly recommend them. Thank you!I got tired of dealing with big retail pharmacies. Very poor customer service, calls on hold, and not answered. Excessive waiting time, the drive-thru is a nightmare, customers pick up medication and they provide Covid-19 testing, which takes a very long time with paperwork and the actual testing.
