The owners help customers themselves and the clerks are super nice, very knowledgeable, and willing to help. They greet you at the door and walk you to find what you need. The store carries a lot of things, including odd little miscellaneous items that can be hard to find at big box places. They stock many things for the house that other stores do not have. The parking has limited spots in front, and if full, requires parking on the main road. Customers love to support this small business for its civilized interaction and best hardware experience.
