I called the day before to set an appointment for hair treatment for my friends and a pedicure for myself. The lady I spoke with gave me a price for treatment, hair cut, and my pedicure. We made the appointment. When we arrived, they weren't even there. We waited 30 minutes for them to come to work.
The lady on the phone not only added shampoo, conditioner, blowout, extensive haircut and curling. They couldn't speak English at all!!! When I reaffirmed treatment and 3 inch cut, they said ok! THEY WENT BY WHAT THE CHINESE PERSON ON THE PHONE WROTE DOWN because the owner knew they couldn't speak English!!!!! NOT ONLY DID THE PRICE DOUBLE from what was explained on the phone, THEY DIDN'T DO TREATMENT AT ALL AND BURNED MY FRIEND HAIR!!!!
I was completely disgusted from how unsanitary everything looked. I assumed they probably clean all the equipment. NEVER ASSUME!!!!! Old dead skin on the floors, all over the chairs, everywhere! The cutters that she just used on my feet, weren't cleaned, she even cut me and my blood was on the cutters and towel! She dipped it in water and did a manicure on the next customer with the same cutters and push tool. She only concentrated on my toenails. My whole purpose of getting a pedicure is to get the dead skin from around my heel!!! She didn't care. Whoever is giving 4 stars for this place is probably for the black lady that works there! The others don't care

This salon has always been my favorite, I never leave disappointedI went for a makeover and they honestly surprised me with my change. It looked divine. I feel beautiful with this new change. Thank you very much. I don't remember the girls' names, but I thank them very much for this change they made in me. ❤️ I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE.

I am so glad I chose to go to Happy Hair Salon. I had been going to a place called Heavenly Touch where the staff was very unprofessional and rude. After the last time, I was there the owner of Heavenly Touch, tried to pull a fast one on me. I decided that I was never going back after that. I started looking on the internet for salons near me. Thank God I went to Happy Hair. It was like hitting the jackpot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly people and we talked about what I was going to do colorwise with my hair. My hair looks great and I will be going back to the salon from now on. I'm also thinking about getting Gel nails again because I saw how nice and how happy the customers were. The staff at the salon were very friendly and I got the feeling of being very comfortable there and that is also important to me. I will be letting others know if they ask me anything about haircare or nails, HAPPY HAIR SALON is the best place I've been to in a very long time.
