GREAT SERVICE WITH JAMES!!! I am usually pretty skeptical with who I let cut my hair because there aren’t too many curly hair specialist around town. However, James was very welcoming and made the whole process very enjoyable. His input was very telling of how experienced and PASSIONATE he was with my hair type and hair styling in general. I’ve gone to places like the curl whisperer but honestly, I feel like the haircut I got there and the one I got at Hair Cuttery was literally the same if not better so kudos to that. I will definitely be coming again only for the GOAT James awesome job!!!!

Had an appointment booked for 5:30 showed up 15 mins early and was told they were closed. When I mentioned I had a booked appointment, her new excuse was that their system was down so they couldn't take my cash payment.

I had a haircut appointment at 10am for my 2 year old son. I arrived at 10:03 and the stylist at the desk that was supposed to do my son’s hair cut was very rude and at first ignored us when we walked in. After she took the next person she asked us what we needed and then began to talk down to us stating because we were late she had to take the next person. Now I would be more understanding if the manner I was spoken to was respectful and professional. However this stylist lacked courtesy and respect in her communication. Also to be frank I have gone and had to wait 10/15 minutes when I have had a scheduled appointment I don’t understand why my son couldn’t be taken when the customer wasn’t sitting in the stylist chair yet. Other stylists there have been great but because of this experience I will not be going here again.

The worst service you can get. They might think they are doctors. Appointment is their word! And if you get early, even if you are the first person it doesn’t matter, they pick who ever they like first. They don’t care about bit about customer service. Never again!

They overcharged for a Terrible blow dry . I was charged $32 plus additional $60. No shampoo and conditioner or haircut not even use a straightener like I told her. i had to run and bought my own Bobby clips. They did a horrible job. Like she didn’t know what she was doing I should’ve gone to my salon. I wouldn’t mind paying the money I did if they did a good job. We will not be returning and this place is NOT RECOMMENDED. Stay Away.

This is by far my favorite Hair Cuttery I have visited. Naya was great she did an amazing job on my hair. I absolutely love it!
Requested style: I wanted to go from dark brown to light blonde and she explained it could be difficult to get the exact results I wanted. She took her time and did an amazing job. I love my new haircolor and will use her in the future for all my hair needs!
Stylist: Naya was my stylist and she was very professional and did a great job!

I am super happy with my curly cut. If anyone is scared like I was to go to a hairstylist to cut their super kinky hair don’t be scared with James. He did a really great job.Thank you

Refused to take us, we were 5 min late. They claimed they took a walk in ...right away...meanwhile the seated clients were in foils already. Lies, on top of that refusing a client. You lost 2 clients for life.
