The staff go the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves with quality assurance that their car has been properly serviced. absolutely appreciated the service here! pricing isnt bad at all, youre paying for very great and quick services. was in and out in about an hour for an alignment and a tire installation. would choose them over a lot of other companies. also really appreciated the staff, super helpful!

Odd experience trying to buy tires. I recently moved to the lower Florida keys. In the past I have had very good experiences with Goodyear where I used to live. So even though there are closer tire stores I decided to make an appointment with the closest Goodyear which is this one in homestead, almost 2 hours drive. I went to the Goodyear website, spent a pretty good amount of time deciding which tires I wanted, then selected them and made and appointment for the following week to get them installed. There was a free install special included when buying 4 tires. So the day before I called the store and just said I wanted to confirm the appointment and make sure tires were in stock etc before driving 2 hours. The gentleman on the phone started asking me what my tire size was, I said no. I don't think you understand. I made an appointment already and selected everything and got a price all set. Just want to confirm. I said I can provide you with my phone number, my first and last name and the confirmation for the appointment. He said he couldn't look it up that way which I did not understand and that he would have to go through day by day appointments from when I made it to find my appointment. So could I just give him my tire size? I said no. I spent a good amount of time deciding which tire I would like. I do not want to start over with that. Can you please look up my appointment? So he finally does. He says he has the tires. Then almost as an afterthought I said. Can you confirm the price and the installation special? He said my manager will talk to you about price when you get here. I said no, I don't want to drive 2 hours without knowing what I'm paying. It's just a simple install, not a brake job or something where you don't know what you might be getting into. And I was quoted a price on the confirmation for the appointment. Can you please just confirm that price? Again, he said my manager will talk to you about price when you get here. I explained myself two more times and got the same answer. He said part of the issue was that I didn't pay when I made the appointment. I said the website never asked me to pay when I made the appointment, and never has in the past when I've done it at every other Goodyear store. So I asked him one more time to confirm the price. He gave me the same answer...manager will talk to me about price when I get there.
That was the end of the conversation. They basically talked me out of spending my money with them. Very odd! I went elsewhere.

The service here is great! The manager, Miguel, is very nice and explains your options in detail. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Only come here because I have a company vehicle and I have to go to Goodyear closest one to my house. The first time I took it they called me and asked where the spare tire was. I told them under the vehicle just like most modern trucks and vans.
The second time I took the vehicle to this location when I asked why it took so long it turns out that they could not get the work approved because they were looking at the wrong vehicle
Mind you, my vehicle was literally in front of the front door the information that I gave the worker at the counter, says the company I work for, and the vehicle number

Made an appointment today. Came in early, and I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I was told 3 cars were ahead of me and to leave my car, and they would call when ready by the end of the day. Asked why make an appointment and he said to make sure it's done same day.... just like a doctor's appointment. Horrible bedside manner!
Need customer service training.

Avoid this place like the plague, I'd give it zero stars if it was an option. This location needs new management asap. The epitome of the snake mechanics stigma work there. Messing up my wife's car then saying nothing until I proved it and always scheme to demand you pay the highest. We always tell ourselves we'll never give a dime to this location again. Get new management and fix this location

I have a very bad experience in this shop because they are charging me for a job that they did not do, for putting a little bit of frion in the car $254.00, then I go back to the shop to check the brakes, the man tells me that they were the rear brakes and I had to pay them $540.00, I leave the next day, I take my car to another workshop, it turns out it was the front brakes only for $170.00 because I am a woman and have no idea about the car, they abuse it, I hope it serves as an example for you.
