I'm not one to criticize others, but I go here regularly and for quite some time now I've noticed something that others in the store have also noticed. There are certain people who come to the store to resell and I understand the hustle, but I think the employee Nadia should be fair and stop pushing the best things to her favorite people. It's no coincidence that when (her people she calls on the phone) come to the store, she suddenly brings out Nikes, Jordans, and expensive items. And when his favorite people aren't there he puts out a bunch of trash that just has to be thrown away, sometimes I feel like he does it on purpose to make the client leave.

Very clean and great customer service, cashier was very friendly and polite. I was surprised at the variety of merchandise they carry. Definitely will be back soon.

I stopped by to look for a few things for a themed party. In my opinion the prices are a it high for some items but overall decent. I do have to say it is by far the cleanest and most organized thrift store. The bathrooms were very clean which is hard to find now a days and the fitting rooms well kept. The staff seems very friendly and helpful. I had to ask the manager a few questions about returns and exchanges and she was very helpful and patient. Will definitely recommend this store.

Well, I can tell you the manager there is extremely annoying and has a very bad character and you can't go buy anything because the prices change, we say the clothes are more expensive than in a store because everything is new so if you, the owner, read this Please know that this is a donation store.

It is a place where they clearly steal from you. I did an experiment with my son to see several complaints from people who bought here and returns are made impossible and I went and verified it. They really steal from you, there is no possible way for you to return something if you already you took it from the store. I really don't recommend this at all.

I went to visit the Goodwill store in Homestead where I regularly go to buy books and vinyl records. I chose 5 records to take away and when I went to pay, to my surprise, the cashier told me that they had gone up from $1 to $2 dollars. I would like someone from Goodwill to explain to me how it is possible that the price has been increased to 100% when the inflation rate, instead of increasing, has been decreasing. What reason is there to double a price when these stores are supplied by donations, to which I also regularly contribute. And that is without taking into account that most of these vinyls do not come in optimal conditions so they are very susceptible to scratches. Isn't that a gross manipulation of consumer prices? Has inflation increased to 100%? This is nothing more than consumer abuse... Will we have to start stopping the donations we make to this chain of stores? Someone explain to me if there is an answer.

We took a SUV full of some very good an almost new items, 5 bags of clothing, furniture and accessories. I'm 72 and my partner has a bad shoulder. We asked for help unloading the vehicle an extremely rude male employee refused to come outside and a woman inside actually said no to helping us. Never again, next trip will be to the Salvation Army.This store is a total disgrace.
