Absolute scam!!!! I moved 4 months ago out of florida and switched my insurance over the day I moved. These guys are still trying to charge me for a car I don’t even own any more!!! I’ve told them they are not my insurance agent and to leave me alone. I paid off their “last” bill 3 times now. My insurance here in Colorado is helping me with these guys because they don’t know how insurance works. They told me I needed to proved a bill of sale to prove that I sold my car 2 months ago in order to stop insurance. Never have I ever been asked for this information. I’ve reported them to bbb for being a scam and also let State Farm know that they should disaffiliate from this “insurance company” before it bites them. Sad people need to scam people let alone on insurance. Oh last thing. My 2 cars and rental insurance was $300 total in Colorado. In Florida my one truck alone was $350…. These guys are so rude and greedy. All the employees here suck. Especially the ladies… just wow. You know it’s bad when they have to write 5 star reviews about themselves… Please just read one of them and tell me that’s not fake lol

I wanted to pay for renters insurance for 1 month to allow the tenants extra time to get their own. These people charged me for 12 months, and when I asked for a refund, they tell me they refunded my tenant, since it was covering him, even though I paid for it. I barely speak spanish the tenant barely speaks english, and you're asking me to tell this guy to give me a check, for an amount I don't know, that he received in his name? I'm sorry should I bring a gun and ski mask? They didn't even give me a receipt for the refund! I'm more likely to get a lawyer then do what they're asking. Not to mention I'm waiting on getting paid on a claim now for 3 months. Like they will ever pay that. They would have had more integrity if they beat me up for the money. Bunch of desk pirates. How do they have 125 positive reviews on Google? In the 15 years that my Dad and I have had them they haven't ever left us feeling any way but livid. They don't care, and they are bad people doing bad work. This place is a prime example of whats wrong with the world.

Donna Houston is the best! She has been my agent over many years. I've never a complaint. My insurance needs are not only discussed but executed in the best possible manner. Donna and the George Meroni Agency is the utmost in customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

I was a customer of state farm for 17+ yrs in the past and then got canceled unfortunately, not bc of me, but bc of someone I lived with yrs ago (big mistake to add someone that withholds their horrible driving record!). I switched to progressive for a while then to geico, and finally was able to switch back to state farm as of recently! I couldn't be happier with the switch. State Farm has always been the best...Miguel and Vanessa at the new branch that we switched to have been so helpful, professional, and friendly. They gave us the best rates we've had in a while, and are always quick to get back with us when we need assistance with policy changes eg: when we get new vehicles. Anyway, if you haven't made the switch I highly recommend you do!
