Firstly, I’ve been coming to this store for years and overtime the smell of mold has become increasingly worse. This problem has to be fixed because not only are the customers being affected but also the workers there, they are there all the time doing their job and have to endure through the smell. Mold and mildew makes it extremely difficult to breathe and work while also taking care of customers, sometimes people can be allergic and can even trigger asthma attacks.

Never purchasing anything from any GameStop again. I initially purchased a used Xbox with a 2 yr warranty. It didn’t work. I took it back. They replaced it w/ a new xbox series & told me that I only had to pay an additional $85. I paid the additional $85 assuming that I was still under a 2 yr warranty. The new xbox series stopped working exactly a year later. I take it back. They refused to replace it because my one year warranty expired. One year? So when they gave me the new Xbox they only put me under a 1 yr warranty. I didn’t find out until the BRAND NEW XBOX STOPPED WORKING ONLY A YEAR LATER. The refused to honor the initial 2 year warranty that I purchased. Not a problem, but why is a brand new Xbox no good only a year later???? Never again!

"For several consecutive Sundays, I've arrived at this store a few minutes before 11 AM to purchase TCG cards. To my extreme frustration, the store consistently fails to open on time. The individual responsible for opening the store consistently strolls in a whopping 25 minutes late, and to add insult to injury, we, the customers, are then left waiting outside for an additional agonizing 30 minutes before he deigns to unlock the doors. This level of incompetence is utterly unacceptable for any business. It's my hope that the GameStop management takes notice of these reviews and reevaluates the individuals they entrust to manage their stores."

So tired of this place not being able to open on time. Like 11am is not early there should be plenty of accommodation time to get to work. If not find someone else to open. This is ridiculous. 11:20 and still not open. This is not the first time this is the third time. Plus everyone else in line that is complaining of this happening to them before too. Do better GameStop.

Went there Sunday at 11. Waited 10 minutes no one opened the door. Tried calling. No one answered the phone. 30 minutes later store still wasn’t open. Supposedly they opened at 11. No notice or sign outside why they are closed. Employees inside refusing to answer or pay attention to us outside.

Ever since they changed these store policy with managers having to cover more than one store, they have lost many great managers/assistant managers/workers.
This place needs a major face lift. It's a joke with so many issues all stores in the south are dealing with. Poor ventilation, hot temperature that these workers have to work through, over 85 degrees hard to breathe myself I had to leave after 10 minutes I can only imagine their workers.. they are Over worked and under paid and meanwhile the higher ups are letting things happen with no consideration. Someone needs to remove these higher ups and bring in people that know WHAT they are doing and who actually care for their workers and not just the money. I think I've seen their new DM and he has no respect for the employees and speaks rude Infront of customers.
GameStop is not the same. They are a joke.
With the recent event of the store burning from what I hear was caused by an electric fire, due to probably negligence, I wonder what will happen to these poor employees that are jobless. Are they going to help their employees? Probably not. I wish the best for these employees who have lost their motivation and passion working for this company.

It’s disappointing on what had happened to the store. If the manager or the higher up cared about maintaining and fixing what needed to be fixing then none of this would’ve happen. I’m pretty sure they won’t help their employees get transfer to another store instead they want to fire them. Make it seem like they don’t care about the employee or where they end up. I wouldn’t be surprised if the employee were getting underpaid, being under appreciated and working under bad conditions. That’s poor management. If you don’t want to run the store then have some else do a better job and make sure their employee and store is running smoothly.
