I think this is a solid 3 because of how dirty did it is. It doesn't look good doesn't look like a appetizing place to go get gasoline for your car. Sometimes the card machines don't work and you'll have to pay inside. The one thing that is good about this place is that cafeteria inside. FeCafe is absolutely delicious if you come and get gasoline come try their food if it's open. The good price is usually not that many homeless people.
