I moved near this place 9 months ago and I have been here about 10 times, almost every time I have had to use the bathroom because I have problems and from the first time they told me that it was closed and that someone had taken the key and that They didn't have another key, today I am here and I see that there are 2 bathrooms and that both have a paper on the door saying that they are out of service, I don't think that in 9 months they have not been able to solve the problem, I have come around 1 or 2 times a month in the time we have lived here, that seems horrible to me

Oh god no... Run! Run far!You know all those stories you hear about homestead being a third world country? They were probably told by someone that visited this store.Product on the floor, product in piles on floor, people letting their kids run amock (gente, mantenga control de sus hijos en las tiendas por favor!).Then theres the one thing those of us in homestead dread the most... An "OYE" or "DALE" screamed across the store. Yes folks, they are here. They are in the Dollar Tree topping off their laundry detergent bottles while chewing gum and talking on speakerphone.I wouldn't set foot in here again if stuff was free. That's a solid heck no from me.

I visited the store last Saturday 2/17/24 to purchase some helium balloons. Unfortunately, every style I wanted was out of stock, despite there being about 8 different styles. I then went to another Dollar Tree, where they had the balloons I wanted, but they were out of helium. Needing the balloons, I purchased them without helium at $1.50 each. Subsequently, I returned to the original Dollar Tree, where I had proof of purchase, and requested they inflate them. While waiting in line, the manager loudly questioned whether I had bought the balloons from that location, to which the employee initially responded no. This resulted in the manager loudly berating both me and the employee in front of other customers, causing embarrassment and discomfort. It was surprising and disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior from a manager, particularly in a crowded store environment. Never in my life have I had an employee let alone a manager talk to me with such a loud voice and attitude. I don’t understand how someone who is suppose to be a leader would talk to a customer like this. Additionally, the frustration of finding the balloons out of stock despite being prominently displayed on the wall added to the inconvenience of the situation, especially after waiting in line only to be disappointed.

The cashiers are very simple, not to say the right and hard word, if you ask them a question they don't answer or else they ignore you, they are very rude, too serious.

It is so sad you have three employees. I saw walking around doing nothing and there’s like 10 people standing in line and only one cashier. This is shame, on the owners of the store. And at least five more people standing behind me.

Well stocked store and friendly service but, sometimes they lack cashiers and there are long lines, they just need to hire a lil more help at this location.
