Please do not do any business with this Dollar store the manager in store employees are a bunch of hypocrites they contacted my boss complaining that I left merchandise on the floor when I am a professional and I took all the merchandise and put it in the back room also they are very unorganized in the store all the merchandises out of order and the shells are very dirty and disgusting I do not recommend anyone to work for the store ?

Worst customer service I ever experience especially at a Dollar General. You can go to Dollar Tree and get better customer service there then at this location. The manager was literally disrespectful and rude all in one. There is no way you should come to work every day and be disrespectful to all your customers in your store. The biggest con is that she is not bilingual, the fact that you only speak Spanish and you treat people who doesn't speak your language like we are not all human it's offending and almost harassment. CARMEN IS THE WORST STORE MANAGER!!!! She literally didn't know any information about the products she represents. Either she needs to transfer QUICKLY or someone will make her quit, because this world has corrupted people who doesn't care about her life since she is being disrespectful.

My family was her from out of state. Wr went here for Tylenol. A white cashier told my neice that she did have time to open a new package. It was right there in a Ben next to hy. All she had to do is reach her lazy a#$ down and get it. The time it took her to say I don't have the ty. She could have open it. This store was remodeled. They should have gotten new staff, this store is filthy, empty, rude employee, except one stock man. He always works hard and run register. They need corporate office to do a surprise visit or district manager or regional manager. In these times these employees don't give a penny. And the theft in this store is outrageous. And it's near the police station.
