“From my experience the majority of the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I have had issues before with returning but it was mostly on my part not being in the return window. They have always helped to the most of their ability. The Amazon section is really good and the staff there is always efficient and helpful. The only down side is that the Amazon section is in the far right corner of the store, so you have to walk a lot. Other than that, most of my experiences here at Khol's have been good thankfully.”

“The store is good but when I went this last time was only one employee by herself , three teenagers doing a mess in the back ... they should have a security person there if they will keep just a few people working in the store.. I didn't but anything this time .... feeling uncomfortable for me and the girl working there ....”

I don't give it 5 stars because since they closed the fitting rooms leaving only one available, a lot of time is wasted in line for the fitting room. “I am not sure why this Walmart gets such a low rating. Those reviewers have definitely not shopped at the Florida City Walmart. There is no comparison between the two stores with this one being sooooo much better! It's a further drive for me to come to this store from the Florida Keys and yes, I have to pay a couple turnpike tolls. It is worth it. I used the Walmart app and was going to pick up my usual items at the Florida City store. Virtually nothing was in stock on a Thursday. I decided to go to this Walmart for the first time and shop in person. The parking lot is so clean in comparison and there are no shady people hanging out. I felt completely safe. This store had everything on my list and it was easy to find the items. The produce looked much fresher than in the Florida City Walmart and I think maybe the selection was a bit more varied. I got my 2 bags of shredded cabbage. Then I headed to the meat department and got my 2 pounds of lean ground beef and Johnsonville ground sausage. I found everything in under 30 minutes. I went to a manned check out rather than self check out. The cashier was a bit slow and never uttered a word. I think she didn't want to be there. Oh, well. Otherwise, this was a good experience!”

Now understand this, due to my lack of transportation, I refuse to picknup out side in the blazing hot temperature of south miami florida area, so In go inside and get them while I enjoy the cool breeze of A/C.
