I would love to "contact your pharmacy to fill this RX" but it doesn't seem like the pharmacy wants me to contact them, Would've waited longer but I felt that 1hr 15Min was enough. Me and my co workers got a kick out of seeing how long it would take but it looks like I will be going in person from now on.

Always a good experience, the pharmacy staff are always pleasant, and helpful if my medication is delayed i have enough common sense and know its not their fault, and they have always made every effort possible and permitted to fulfill my needs, and answer my questions, and all they require and deserve is a little patience, empathy, and respect, these things are free and easy to afford especially towards those who come to work tirelessly everyday just to provide you a service even when confronted by the seemingly never-ending mobs of people who swear they are the only person in the world and having to wait in line is beyond them, while thinking that berating and basically abusing the staff will somehow expedite their demands, regretfully blind and ignorant to the absolute fact that you will get out what you put in, in short, if you bring poop expect flies, don't expect flowers and smiles, no one gets paid enough to deal with your mess, bring flowers and the bees will get you honey. Treat people how you want to be treated..

HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! CVS made over 100 billion in PROFIT last year, y'all can afford to raise wages to attract enough people to keep your stores properly staffed. Every single time I come here there is a problem and now they're closing the pharmacy down in the middle of the day. The service here is complete garbage and has steadily declined since I've been using them and I NEVER complain about service, I'm all about working class solidarity and know the main problem is SEVERE understaffing. calling them takes a minimum of an hour to get through and that's if you're lucky enough to actually get through. I've called, put the phone on speaker, went about my business for a while, drove over there, stood in line, just to find out they never received the prescription and I looked at my phone, still on hold almost two full hours later and finally hung up. As I'm typing this I've been on hold for 56 minutes and counting.

Ordered a canvas and after 2 days of being told to return the following day they said i need to cancel my order because they don’t have the canvas size. Terrible customer service. Go to walgreens

There is no professional ethic at this pharmacy. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. After being on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was unable to speak with anyone. I am always left on hold for at least 45 minutes when I call this pharmacy every month. This is absurd.

I absolutely hate this CVS! It’s the worst, you may get lucky and get a nice cashier but 90% of the time they’re rude! I hate that I have to get my son’s medication from here it’s always a problem!!

Worst customer service ever. Fills prescriptions wrong, never answers, and when they do, you are transferred 4 different people before your question is answered. Had to at least give 1 star to rate.

WORST PLACE EVER! My son needed medication that was prescribed by an emergency room doctor, I called and called they never picked up the service was horrible and whatever manger that was on shift 3/15/2023 just as BAD!!! Not a care in the world for the customers that’s keeping their doors OPEN!!

Horrible!!!! When you call they do not answer. When the doctor send them the prescription they don't fill it. You have to go there to the window and wait over 30 minutes just to tell them the doctor sent them a prescription and then they make you wait another 2 to 3 hours just to get the medication or sometimes they just simply tell you it's not ready. There customer service skills are horrible. They are never polite and always bothered. I wish they could hire a better set of staff because this is beyond ridiculous.

909 N Homestead Blvd Homestead, FL 33030Store #1136, This pharmacy needs more employees to be able to assist all its customers. Every day it is saturated with customers lining up to receive their medicines and / or pay for other purchases at the checkout. The current employees are exceptional, attentive, polite, professional and fast, but it is impossible for them to keep up with the demand of the public. The employees of the medicine area are surrounded by packages with medicines ready to be delivered, everywhere, they are surrounded by all kinds of boxes and even on the floor, CVS should apply more of its profits to hire more employees, this is a shame.

If I could give this place a 0star I would … spent more then 30 min in the store between moving from one place to another first the lady system was down so they moved us to a different side, they had no organization in the line people were just cutting in then when it was my turn to check out which was with my Medicaid policy they made a big deal that I had to have the card there when I was showing them the sunshine app I told them that it was through the app and the lady said she couldn’t cause she can get in trouble for fraud how is that fraud I’m showing u the app with the information of policy ,, then that same lady told the person before me if she had her CVS card to scan the lady didn’t understand her and started giving her number she very rudely said I’m telling you the card I didn’t mention at any moment to give me your phone number, I said card!! If your gonna be acting like a b** then switch to another job you shouldn’t work at a place like CVS which deals with customers all the time if your gonna be treating the customers like that.

Worst cvs in homestead. Very rude staff and everything is always a problem with them. The pharmacy will not answer your phone calls and give you the worst attitude when you show up to pick up your medication and it’s not ready. They are extremely unprofessional and the whole place is a mess. They seem to have no explanation as to why my medication isn’t ready after 2 weeks and have the rudest expressions on their face all the time. If you ask any questions they will send you to the next window and ignore your presence for the next 30 minutes.
