In all my years as a customer with CVS, I have never encountered such an unrelenting level of ineptitude and sheer incompetence.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 40+ years of living in South Florida. Every time you communicate with someone, you get a different answer.
From failing to fill prescriptions to providing absurd reasons for their incompetence, this pharmacy is the worst you can come across.

The location I was sent to do my pick up wasn't a CVS but an affiliate company and because of that I left the location and went to a nearby CVS only to be told that the location I went to was a CVS affiliate company and that's where my order is.

The pharmacy service is horrible. The personal has bad attitude. You have to wait forever to get a medication even do and antibiotic. I don’t recommend.

the pharmacists aren't always nice, but the place is super organized and clean. the associates are helpful most of the time. they won't sell me sinus medicine unless im over 18. i have a nasty sinus infection and i need this one medicine and they ID sometimes but not all the time. so when i need it the most, they ID me. the pharmacists should probably be more constant with applying their rules especially their ID rules.

Pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. He should not be working with the public. After reading the reviews obviously this pharmacy needs a change of employees who care about their patients.

Pharmacy tech was rude and unprofessional. She behaved in a way that showed discrimination against Hispanic people. She did not even confirm the medication we were picking up and gave us another one. Please train your staff on cultural diversity.

Do not drop your prescriptions at this pharmacy. The service is terrible. I have severe cronic respiratory problems . The black woman "Cassie" retained my prescrption with out let in me call the doctor. ..now i cant sleep at night thanks to her

The service is terrible, they NEVER have the medication on time, my son's pediatrician sent the medication 8 days ago, they called me to pick it up after 3 days and when we arrived for it, it was simply not there...we left on a trip the next morning and they simply told me We can't do anything!! They DO NOT provide a solution, they have bad service and bad attention, it always seems like you were going to order for free. The person who helped me simply told me I didn't ask for it because the co-payment is 100 dollars??? What sense does that make!!

First off i love CVS! Main reason is that is probably the best store to use coupons. If you learn how to use them properly ir will save your wallet a lot! I recommend to subscribe to CarePass membership- For me is the only membership worth ever. And is actually free since you pay 5$ and you get 10$. This Specific store is good even though they need to renew some registers there.
