Atrocious customer service. If you try to ask why your info is different in their system you are met with the biggest attitude. If one person behind that counter gets mad at you, or thinks you have an attitude, everyone else jumps in the band wagon and go above and beyond to make you feel uncomfortable. Part of their strategy is to ignore you although your prescription is ready, I guess they are trying to punish the customers for asking questions and not understanding what is happening. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

The CVS in Homestead is in a convenient location for me, but my biggest issue with them is that the machine to generate coupons has been broken for about a year. It seems they should have been able to get it repaired or replaced by now, which is why I deducted a star from the rating. In this economy, as a rewards member, I use coupons regularly. To make matters worse, on my most recent visit, the cashier, Jhonathan did not give me a receipt where I could have gotten coupons on it. He didn’t know that it’s possible to do a reprint so I had to wait for him to get another associate who came over and reprinted the receipt. The delay caused me to not have enough time to get to my next destination, which is why I deducted the second star. Unfortunately, when reprinting a receipt, it does not give coupons. Rewards members know too well how much they can save with coupons. Hopefully this location will do better and get their coupon machine fixed as well as train employees to give customers a receipt after each transaction so that they don’t miss out on coupons as well as ensure the employees know how to do something as basic as reprinting a receipt.The positive side of this review is that the store is never too crowded and they tend to have what I am looking for even when other stores are sold out.

I wouldn't even give it one star because they don't accept mistakes no matter how simple they may be. Unfortunately, last year I visited this place more than twice a month and I was never able to talk to the Manager because she was never there because of the incident of a double charge that They did to my husband to our bank account because at a given moment the system went silent and they charged him double. To this day CVS owes me that amount and I hope that one day they will return it to us because it does not belong to them. , many other things must be happening there when One box charges one price and another another price for the same product. I tried to find out but they told me to complain to customer service at the corresponding 1800 number. No problems, I'll call.

Before I type my review let me state that there are GOOD employees working here who are making the best of a crap situation. With that said the pharmacy is a hot mess! I have had medical prescriptions from an accredited DOCTOR denied by this location without justification or reason. To the hardworking employees it's not your fault but your management is an absolute trainwreck. Avoid this CVS for anything medically related. And for any of the good employees reading this you should find another CVS to work at this one sucks!

I went for a passport photography service, the man told us that the camera is damaged, I explained to him that the service is available on the website and he told me that that was wrong, that the camera works but not well. I asked him for nearby options and the man says he doesn't know anything, how is it possible that an employee of such a large chain of stores doesn't know anything. Very bad experience
