Today in that pharmacy around 3:10 pm I had a great displeasure, the workers of the place, 4 in total, attacked me and discriminated against me. Until that moment I was a customer of the place. It was all when I went to pay for some things I had bought and my monthly medicines ( 25) They always left me with the card in a photo, not today and when I gave it they asked me for identification and when I gave it they told me that they were not going to treat me and that I should not go to that pharmacy anymore, all because my voice is weak when I am a woman sick with Cancer and blindness in one eye, three women and the man who was at the checkout humiliated and mistreated me.I immediately switched to another CVS, that place mistreats its customers. I take prescription medications and I went for both.This pharmacy commits discrimination and lack of respect for customersJust think of me as a sick, 60-year-old lady because with me or with anyone who does it.Oooooo

Pharmacy does not have basic post-op prescriptions. The pharmacist I spoke on the phone with was very difficult to talk with. Avoid this Pharmacy if posible.

Until today I had a good opinion of this pharmacy, good attention and service, but on Sunday I stood in line with only one car to pick up my wife and daughter's medications, as always, when the young man who attended made me leave the window and give I turned to another car that was behind me because I thought that only one person could deliver to me and that if I wanted to pick up someone else's I had to get out of the car and go into the store. Is this correct or am I wrong? Calling is disrespectful, they tell you Spanish and they speak English or you never communicate. America's dirtiest driver way.

I find this pharmacy closest to home and is like a family !! They're well stocked and the staff is well trained and friendly ! Pharmacy staff is hard working and very professional,they're always helping customers and working fast and efficiently!!! Even though they always seem under staff they compensate in some different ways

A guy lives in a yellow truck in the parking lot for years, and no one has had him removed from there. It's been years since this has been occurring, why does management not have him removed from there? I'm sure it keeps customers away since he lives there, he urinates, etc. there. Now he even has wood crates packed in the back of the truck. Eyesore! please clean up this parking lot and I'm sure more people would shop there. Also, they have a total of three shopping carts. Really?

Staff were more concern with stocking the shelves and leaving items, scattered around the store… As a result, the store looked cluttered, unorganized and dangerous… Also, I should have not have to remove a heavy rack to get an item for purchase

I’ve always been very satisfied with the service I get at any CVS. The one on Dixie Hwy I visit more often for convenience and again very satisfied the employees go out of their way to help and I love that they even know my name. I only go there once a month so I’m very impressed. They really go above and beyond!!!

Definitely do not come to this pharmacy. The worst pharmacy of cvs . No patient care. No urgency. The boy at the window just gives you the run around . It’s always a problem or excuse. I been trying to get my medication for 3 days and yet still haven’t received it. You go to the drive thru they need you to come in you come in they need you to come back . Problem after problem

The CVS store on 288 and Dixie Hwy, every time I visit the store I find the store very clean and always greeted by the clerks very friendly store.

The worst pharmacy, I will never come here. So many error , they r aragont and have long lines. My script was ordered and was to arrive in Monday, Monday they told my daughter@ 5pm it will be ready at 8:30 pm. The next morning it still not ready and the clerk tell me 3pm. I then ask her nicely to release the script so another store could fill it. Then she said wait 1 min. And walla. They get it together. I have had serval bad experiences here. And will no longer support this Branch.

The pharmacy is the worst. They don't answer phone calls. It's impossible to get prescription status. Not to mention the customer service is horrible and very long lines. Do not recommend it!!

Horrible service rendered by pharmacy associate named Delmy. Very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful manner to handle customers concerns or questions. She could have simply handle my issue with a covid card issue in a professional way instead she went the rude way. I am very grateful for the associate who was able to help me named Pamela, she was very understanding, kind and so professional and solved my issue.

I am asthmatic, I have multiple sclerosis and I’m 33 weeks pregnant. I went to the dr today because of a cold which ended up being upper respiratory infection. I’ve been waiting ALL days for meds to help with cough because I having been sleeping because of the cough. The DR’s office had to call back because when they followed up with me, I hadn’t taken any meds. I’ve been told all day that they were working on my prescription. This is RIDICULOUS and INSANE!!!!!!I have yet to receive anymore updates, I wish that my insurance was taken at Walgreens. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. I guess you al wont communicate or fix the issue until some does and you all are sued.

The ubication of this cvs for is perfect me...but i think they need more staf personal in the pharmacy area due to the demand there is.
