I am extremely frustrated with the pharmacy service at CVS. Every month when I come to pick up my birth control pills, I have to deal with long wait times because there is only one staff member working at the pharmacy counter, leading to a long line of people waiting to be served. Even when I call ahead to make sure my prescription will be ready, I still end up waiting for hours, which is incredibly inconvenient as I work long hours and don’t have time to waste. Recently, I couldn’t pick up my prescription on the designated day, and the pharmacy changed the pick-up date to one that I couldn’t accommodate, resulting in my insurance no longer covering it. This situation is beyond frustrating, and it’s not right to make hardworking people lose time like this. CVS needs to do better by having more staff available during busy times and ensuring that prescriptions are ready when promised.

Just try to avoid this place, they are extremely rude at the pharmacy and act like they’re doing you a favor, today is the second time I’m coming to get my prescription and after being on the line for 40 minutes they still don’t have it ready, they said is best if i get it at another cvs because they’re to busy but for that i have to call my doctor and have him send prescription somewhere else. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

By far the rudest and most un professional pharmacy workers! The young man is nice but the pharmacist and other female workers there are very condescending and rude. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere! Also, there’s one cashier that’s rude as well - most of the older Cuban ladies are nice. The pharmacy lacks an efficient time management system.

I called hoping to speak with a pharmacist to have that person transfer my medicine from the CVS in Cutler Bay to this one. I got the robot instead that told me to leave a message and a pharmacist will return my call. I did not leave a message because I do not answer unknown phone numbers thinking that it's spam. So many people looking for work they should hire a person to answer their phone calls. At least at Walgreens a person, not a robot, answers the phone.

Pharmacy never have the medicines available, you have to go 3 or 4 times to look for the medicines.To count a narcotic you have to do it 500 times...so ridiculous. the lines are endless and I have to deal with them every month...what a headache. My worst days of the month.

Disgusting attitude from the Cuban younger lady, these people have absolutely no manners as if they were raised in the wild. Rude, nasty attitude, they refuse to help and act stupid, like they are getting paid to be this nasty to customers.

Only one person taking care of the pharmacy, and it took so long to get my prescription. There was 4 ladies there and only one was at the attending. 15min waiting in the line!. The worst service ever!

I give 1 star to be able to rate but if it's up to me they don't get even 1
I went to the pharmacy at 11 am looking for some medicine because I had a tooth pulled and they told me that Medicaid didn't cover it but I could pay the 30 Q it cost, they told me to come at 3:30 to pick it up and when I went the e? They told me that they couldn't even sell me the medication. I will pay for it because they are not authorized to sell to Medicaid clients.
For me it was very frustrating because I couldn't even speak
My question is if they knew it xQ they didn't say it from the beginning, then it means Q they just let a person die xQ they feel like it
In reality, they didn't give me the medicine because they didn't feel like it.
They think they are the owners. Es(:::::)
For me, that pharmacy, thanks to its workers, IS NO WORK

Today in that pharmacy around 3:10 pm I had a great displeasure, the workers of the place, 4 in total, attacked me and discriminated against me. Until that moment I was a customer of the place. It was all when I went to pay for some things I had bought and my monthly medicines ( 25) They always left me with the card in a photo, not today and when I gave it they asked me for identification and when I gave it they told me that they were not going to treat me and that I should not go to that pharmacy anymore, all because my voice is weak when I am a woman sick with Cancer and blindness in one eye, three women and the man who was at the checkout humiliated and mistreated me.I immediately switched to another CVS, that place mistreats its customers. I take prescription medications and I went for both.This pharmacy commits discrimination and lack of respect for customersJust think of me as a sick, 60-year-old lady because with me or with anyone who does it.Oooooo
