I’m sure the work this salon does is beautiful, yet the costumer service i’ve received so far has been unpleasant. I tried to make an appointment a week ago through the phone and nobody answered. I proceeded to call again the next day to which nobody answered. Finally I went to the salon and low and behold nobody answered the door!!! I was really excited go to this salon, now I don’t even want to get my hair done.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional with our up dos and blowouts and haircuts. Marilyn was extremely good and friendly. Most importantly very clean and friendly. I can highly recommend Cuttin Loose.

I got a haircut from Baron and he did an amazing job! I got the haircut style I asked. Baron and the staff were friendly.

Kiara did my little girl’s hair cut, blow and dry. My daughter has very thick hair. She did an amazing job. She cut her hair in layers. It’s looks absolutely gorgeous. Definitely going to her again!

First time here, I called for an emergency session, called myself a train wreck, explained I had a limited budget. They got me in, worked off my budget, Baron did his magic, then I had happy tears because they took care of my hair, my funny bone, and my emotional state. Thank you for your awesome professionalism, empathic care, and excellent skills.

I can not remember the name of the person who cut my hair but he was amazing!. He was very patient with me and walked me through the process of what I wanted and he cut my hair Excatly how I wanted it. I would most defentily come back to Cuttin loose salon

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for high low highlights and came out with platinum blonde hair. And the worst haircut ever. My problem was a language barrier and when I expressed what I wanted the lady kept acting that she understood completely. I even showed her a picture. They offered me to come back with a different person. I declined. I did however payed the 250. Charged , Never again.

They charged me $200 for regular dye application. Too expensive and not worth it. It wasn't even in Brickell. For a cut 65 dollars. A blower 75 dollars. They are crazy? And it's not really about money, it's an abuse that a salon with no parking, in Homestead and nothing modern has these prices. Besides, they call you a liar. Look carefully, my name is Juliette and I went on June 17, 2022.

It was the first time I visited the salon, and I loved it, first the receptionist is very friendly, and the stylist Ramiro is excellent, very professional and friendly, you can tell he knows what he is doing. I took a photo of how I wanted a haircut and Ramiro took his time to get it the way I wanted it, I loved everything, I recommend them 100%.
