I have had my Cosmetology license since 2000.In Cutler Bay I was always very well cared for.At Pavilion in Homestead, my first experience was hearing the two people behind the counter speak very badly about another person who I assumed was a co-worker. I felt horrible.The last day I visited CosmoProfThe girl was serving a client and I was looking for Olaplex products, a lady came in, she must have been the manager, I assumed, very moody and her good morning was.-Does she have a license?!(referring despotically to me)..I looked at her contemptuously,,I thanked the girl for her attention and left the place without returning.I now shop onlineThank you

URGENTEcosmoprof has changed its return policy a lot, they want that to return a product you do not open it or try it, if you bought it and you did not like it or it did not work well you must keep it and to be able to speak with a supervisor it is never available

I love, love, love this CosmoProf store. Everybody is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Meylin is an absolute treasure! I am always pleased when I get to work with her. She goes above and beyond and makes me constantly feel like a valued customer.I appreciate that the store makes sure only professionals shop here and do not allow anybody without a licence into the store. If you are a professional you will find this to be an excellent place to shop. I highly recommend it.
