LAZY PEOPLE........ TRIED TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT ON A TUESDAY AROUND 2PM WHEN THE BANK WAS ALMOST EMPTY AND I WAS TOLD BY THE STAFF THAT THEY COULDN'T HELP ME BECAUSE THEY HAD NO SPOTS AVAILABLE TO HELP ME. 😂 THEN IF THEY GET LAY OFF THEY COMPLAIN BECAUSE THERE ARE NO JOBS!

**Unpleasant Experience**
I recently had a frustrating experience at this Chase Bank branch that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I interacted with a cashier named Laura M, who was not only unhelpful but also quite rude.
Initially, I requested a cashier's check, but due to an error on her part, the check needed to be redone because she wrote something incorrectly. She then asked me to write on the back of the check but didn't specify where I should write, which added to the confusion.
To make matters worse, Laura ended up doubling the amount by mistake, and now I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused me significant inconvenience.
I believe that customer service should be a priority, and I expected much better from Chase. I hope my feedback leads to improvements in how customers are treated and that such errors are managed more effectively in the future.

Worst bank ever.
Too many people , not enough staff.
Just to make a new account you have to make an appointment online for a joint account. If you try walking in , you’ll just wait hours !!!!! Worst bank customer service.

This Chase branch is without a doubt the best, I have 2 Chase banks near my house in Florida City and whenever you need to resolve something on Saturday they can never assist you and they tell you that if it is not by appointment they will not assist you and they will not do nothing to help, however here they always solve you and treat you so well that you are very happy with this bank, I recommend it.

I got to atm door and it card scanner to get into atm doesn’t work at night.. it’s been multiple days like this. They do nothing to fix it, horrible branch.
