Horrible costumers service. The manager was laughing at my face . They put a hold on my mothers Social security check for no reason. We try to explain to them but they never listen. We when to the social security office and they were upset ,they Didn't understand why they did what they did. Social security had to give my mother a letter for them to Release her check. It's not fair that they are doing this to older people that all they have is the retirement . They are playing with peoples money. Very disrespectful!! We will be getting her check and closing the account.

The worst of the worst banks. Have a problem good luck contacting them. Even if you do get thru to them they just constantly drop the ball. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

All the banks have a waiting list on a sheet of paper that you write down your name and they are calling you to attend you, this branch does not have it and it is very unpleasant to get to take a seat and not know if they are going to attend you ... you also have to be watching how many people in front who came nooooooooo never again

I visited this bank yesterday with my daughter to make a deposit to her account. I was so disappointed and sad on the way customers treated the employees even though the employee that was assisting those waiting in line was very courteous and attentive. More than three customers disrespected him insinuating like he didn't know what he was doing when he was just helping everyone so they don't spend more time in line. Another customer was disrespectful to the clerk at the window insinuating that the person didn't understand her and the clerk was fully bilingual. I want to thank the employees for their patience with such disrespectful customers.

I've been coming to this chase for years. Always great customer service and the wait time is not long at it's good times. There are certain moments where the waits a little long but that's only during heavy traffic hours when EVERYONE is trying to go to the bank for some reason or another, so it's not their fault. Even during the worst times i see them moving customers as fast as possible, while also being very helpful and always having a smile on their face. I've been using chase for years, ever since my first job, and I don't think I'll be switching to a new bank anytime soon.
