I was visiting Florida and got a stomach bug. I went to the UC for some relief. I was throwing up every 20 minutes. The receptionist said it would be at least an hour wait. I was unable to sit up. I asked if I could lay down and she said there was nothing available. I waited outside in my car. I was forced to throw up in the parking lot as all my bags were full of vomit. I received no receptacles from the UC to use while waiting. They called me in and told me that there was no place to lay down. Within 5 minutes, they brought me back to a treatment room where I could lay down. I was given a plastic container to throw up in. There were no blankets so the assistant opened up a gown to cover me. The nurse practitioner was wonderful. I received a shot of Zofran. I was pretty sick but was treated poorly upon my arrival. This happened on 3/18/23. I felt it was more important for people to be seen in order rather than need. I would have been ok laying down for an hour until I was seen by the doctor.

I was very happy with their urgent care medical service. Only negative was they could not send Rx e-script to my pharmacy, I had to submit the paper Rx in person to my pharmacy. I would recommend. I had visited 1/25/2022

Horrible service. Reception staff was rude and dismissive. The doctor didn't perform any kind of exam AT ALL. After waiting 4+ hours I finally saw the 1 doctor they had in the office. She took my vitals. That was it. I've had a fever for 4 days with a very painful sore throat ( not covid). She didn't even give me any medicine for the dry painful cough even though I told her I could sleep. They never even took my temp. Will never go back.

Asked like 3 times now to have my prescription sent to the pharmacy. Two different pharmacies neither said they received anything. They blamed the "weekend" for the reason the requests weren't going through. Thanks for wasting my time.

Is it normal that in the midst of COVID testing being FREE, this location charged me $159 for my COVID test that results come back in 2 days? I find this amount a bit excessive. Once you're already here and went through the wait and paperwork , we just stayed for convenience but I believe that's overpriced. Abusing prices in a time like this is very wrong.

I was the first patient to arrive not feeling well I had 3 patients seen in front of me. I understand that the ones in front of me were only doing covid testing but being sick and unwell I should've been put in front of all them as well as taken into a separate room

My experience was good.They were very nice and listen .The doctor or doctors there are nice and very understanding and they listen and checked on me .It's worth it.This place is clean and the front desk women are so nice and it a great place

What a horrible experience with that nurse or lady doctor ! Never again going there !! First off the Hispanic doctor or with black hair had no type of personality she didn't even say hi (hate when people do that) I was having breathing problems I had to tell her to at least check my lungs , she was trying to rush me out then told me she has other people even though I wasn't even in her for 5 minutes! She was so rude so I had to be rude back . I was just trying to find out why I wouldn't breath she was like idk and I was like well IDK EITHER THATS WHY I PAID 150 for you to help me find out , google was more helpful then her ! Save your money , but I do have to say the ladies at the front were great and attentive nothing bad about them !

Was not feeling well so I needed a flu test. Passed by and saw that they were finally open. Walked in and was greeted by Suzette. She handed me a tablet and got me registered quickly. She explained that MD Now is having a promotion for flu shots and that I could get one once I was feeling healthy again. Lobby is nice and front desk area is pretty. They have a tv to keep you entertained while you wait. The wait was not that long. Thankful for a nice, clean, and efficient urgent care facility in Homestead.

I was recently in Florida City on some shopping trip and needed to pump some gas into my car as I was getting close to E.... so I pulled up to this 7-Eleven to refill. I went in to pay for some gas but before I looked around the store. Like every gas station it has its snack options and drinks and it also has some other types of food like hot dogs and doughnuts. Place isn't that bad... it could be a little more orderly though. I waited patiently to pay for my gas as there was only one person in front of me. Of course this guy was chatting up the gas station attendant, distracting them in conversation. What were these two random people discussing and keeping me from going on my merry way? The most important subject of all of course.... they were having a debate over what smart phone was best Samsung vs IPhone.... I just want to pay for my friggin gas. Finally after a bit I am noticed and I pay and then pump my gas. Not a bad place I guess but I rather go to my local speedway.
