“I used them through Gieco Insurance while my car was getting work done. They were able to get me a car last minute (it was a Monday afternoon so that helped). They picked me up from the body shop and took me to their location. The check out process was smooth and quick. The car ran fine, it had annoying lane correction features though and the breaks were squeaky. The return of the car wasnt as smooth. I spent an hour trying to call the store to ask about the drop off process and no one answered. They were closing when I went to leave the keys. Apparently if you drop off the car after their office hours they automatically charge you for the next day FYI.”
