We purchased a 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country about 3 months ago msrp appox 90k. The sales process was smooth and we were satisfied with the purchase. Unfortunately, the AC went out with appox 5000 miles on the vehicle and we had to take the truck in for service. It has been the worst experience. The receptionist in the service department was rude and dismissive and noone ever returns your call. The Service advisor we were assigned was out the first few days and we were told no one else could help and there was not any loaners avaliable. I had to rent a car and pay for it out of my own pocket. Finally after multiple calls (noone has ever returned a call we just have to keep calling) we were able to speak with the service advisor only to be told the part is on backordered 3 weeks and we could come back to the dealership and pick up a rental. We use the truck to haul a camper and now have no way to haul it. Explained this to the service advisor and was told there was nothing he can do!Buyer beware, Bomnin Homestead is great when they are taking your money, just dont expect the process to be the same if you need service!

We gave a fully refundable deposit of $100 towards the new Lyriq via Cadillac preorder website. Three months later, no one has ever contacted us from this dealership even after the escalation we left voicemail messages to Pablo, the General Manager, and sent numerous email messages to their sales and support teams. We even tried Facebook Messenger and ... crickets! The dealership keeps ignoring us and they would not refund $100. Horrible experience, would not recommend this place.*** UPDATE *** Almost 3 weeks later and after speaking with Pablo, the GM, we still did not receive a refund back, even though he promised immediate credit. This place is a joke, folks, beware.

Stopped in Saturday to look for a Cadillac XT4. My husband and I was greeted by a young man and asked to sit at his desk. He never said his name so I hate that I cannot shout him out on this review. He ask some questions and then proceeded to open his Ipad and turn on the football game. In between plays he ask us more questions and worked on his computer. During the same time frame he would stop and text on his phone and then resume with us. He then told us he was getting the vehicle and did not come back for 20 minutes. Within the waiting period the rain started to pour which did not allow us to look at the car and caused the salesman to sit in the car and wait it out another 3 to 5 minutes. We asked the salesman to generate the paperwork to see the figures and not waste anymore time. He came back with a huge difference than what showed online and told us that is was because we were not first responders and had our own financing. He was clearly annoyed by us and was very short after shockingly asking how is this a factor with the online price. He told me I needed to read the fine print. I could clearly see my business was not wanted, told him thank you and left. I'm guessing he met his quota and had bigger fish to fry that night (football game) than to work on selling a car. Very dissatisfied with the sales side. This experience has suggested that I should come in when there is not a game on and hopefully that is one less thing to distract the salesman and I can get better customer service.The service side of this dealership was great as I have experience with an oil change in my previous Cadillac.

I purchased a Cadillac ATS 2018 on this dealership on 2021 with 30,000 miles. Sale representative and office members were nice and very helpful. However the problems with the car started just a couple on months after mi purchase. All of the sudden when it rained, the sunroof started to leak water inside the car cabin. I took it 3 times in total and each time it was supposed to be fixed but it happened again until it stopped. Now 2 weeks ago the car started making a very weird and loud noise on the bottom front of the vehicle. It was determined by a mechanic’s computer the car’s differential is completely. Car only has 50,000 miles, however to the dealership and manufacturer convenience the warranty has expired and it will cost me $4,500 to fixed it. It has to be installed brand new. I have driven and purchased cars for over 25 years and never in my life nor anyone even close to me I have had a problem with a car’s differential. Specially when it only has 50,000 miles. This is just unacceptable and very frustrating. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car on this dealership and if you do I truly with you the best of luck because they sell cars with manufacturer issues and then don’t have the decency to accept or help with the matter. One thig is for sure I am NEVER PURCHASING A CAR FROM BOMNIN CHEVROLET again!!!!
