I was in town for work and did two classes at Bolt and they were very welcoming! The classes are great and the coaches are top notch! I really enjoyed the work outs and will for sure go back when I am back in town!

Loved training at bolt took me a year but with few sessions with moe I finally passed my fwc exam definitely would recommend plus I went from 200 lbs to 155 I literally transformed the major crossfit fit training I did Under him would definitely recommend amd would train with him again.
