“I would give this place 100 stars if I could!! This place is amazing, between the customer service and the vehicle service! They are extremely fast, kept me up to date and my car looks beautiful! The most important part (to me at least) that is worth mentioning is the staff. Marjorie, Ignacio, and Brenda are STELLAR!! Marjorie helped me so thoroughly as I was unfamiliar with how to repair my car after an accident. She spoke to the insurance company for me multiple times which was enough for me to give them 5 stars then. But their incredible service did not stop there! I had issues with enterprise and renting a car, and had them reject me for a vehicle rental the day I was supposed to pick it up. Ignacio called enterprise and managed to get it handled for me, which was significant because without the car rental I would not have been able to get my car fixed due to work. Brenda also was of great service and helped confirm/reassure that the insurance and enterprise messed up, which was huge to me as I feel most places would blame the person renting the car. Fingers crossed I never get in an accident again, but if I do, I know I will be going back to Jessie's! This place and their workers need more recognition and everyone there deserves a raise!! Thank you again for all of your help!!!!”
