In truth, they don't know how to do the job correctly, but it is also a lack of respect for the customer. When I see a product that interests me, I take a photo of the product and the price, and it turns out that they tell me that it is not the price. A manager helped me, it's really a shame that they don't know how to talk to the consumer. I showed them the photo and they still told me it's not. In short, I paid for the price of the product that they said, but not for what they said was 16.99. The consumer must be respected.

Horrible service! Lady at the Deli Sunday afternoon 07/07/24 to be more specific. Super rude when asking questions long horrible face no idea how to help customers. I spoke to the manager in charge of the store, Gwen I believe is her name, she was very helpful. Don’t understand WHY!!! People at this store are so rude and still have a job. I know sometimes we as customers can be difficult to deal with but if I’m showing you respect I expect the same back.

Don’t waste your time and money on membership I’m dropping my this year
I shop in this store from the beginning and now I can’t find more than half products I use to buy here
Their selection gets worse every month for past year

TIRE DEPARTMENT: The service is terrible, not on the part of the workers, but there is only one to answer the phone, work in the workshop and as if that were not enough, fill the propane tanks, you call to make an appointment and they never answer the phone . Bjs needs to take action on this.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a BJs. Terrible service, the employees acts like you’re being annoying when you ask for any assistance. Treated poorly by every employee we interacted with. They need to hire some new people at this BJs

Bj sold me 4 tire road hazard insurance
Now I have 2 tires that leak one has a 3/8”bolt
They only have 1 person who does everything including filling propane tanks too
Said you need an appointment come back tomorrow

Gas station pump doesn't have any pressure every is dirty.

Every visit to BJ's underscores how it starkly contrasts with the high standards of Costco. The level of professionalism at this BJ's location is disappointingly low. As a members-only warehouse club, one would expect a certain level of efficiency and customer service, but instead, the experience is reminiscent of less customer-oriented services. My patronage is not a necessity, and instances where my mother was incorrectly charged for items due to a lack of diligence, coupled with the inconvenience of having to navigate the store to rectify these mistakes, have been particularly vexing.
Tldr
They don't check the prices when scanning items. And then they act like babies when you try to fix it.
