Amy Mitchell sold our home quickly and stress free. She was extremely professional and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was always on time to our appointments and informed us of any changes or concerns during our closing process. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have an answer, she will do the research and find an answer for you. We would recommend her to any of our friends and family.

Amy Mitchell sold a house for our family at the end of 2020 and did a great job! I've invested in, renovated, flipped, built, rented, and developed real estate for years so I've worked with a variety of realtors. Amy provided market research and opened her network of professionals beyond what I've ever experienced over this variety of deals. She even taught this old dog a few new tricks. Very unprofessional, after negotiating a price with Michele May and the seller, the seller agrees to sell for the property for a price, two days later Michele May got an offer that matched the advertised price, so we agreed on adjusting the price on the contract for a full advertised price. we signed the contract with agent Michele May to buy a Lot in Homestead, the next day Michele May got higher offer and wanted to raise the price again on the contract, or having us as a backup contract. Lesson learned here: When buying a property go with an agent who can represent you, and make the seller sign the same day. I hope next customer will not fall into this trap.
