Ugh, I don't recommend it? The fatal attention? Where do the glasses come from, the horrible protector, they don't even give you the cloth to clean the glasses and they are expensive? They don't clean the glasses well, they get upset when they tell you they are still dirty, poor service

My opinion is that the quality of the lenses is very poor. I bought it on January 19/2024 and it was very difficult to see. I think the tint they put in doesn't work, or could it be that I didn't want to pay for protection?

My first time using this company I cannot recommend it. The optometrist was in a hurry to finish with me, I felt it was a mass production factory. She wanted to take her lunch and was eager to finish fast with all her clients. Also, I had to wait too much time to get my glasses, and even more time to get the prescription that this young optometrist couldn't sign for some reason. They don't answer the phones, they put you in hold for more than 30 minutes. Be aware that the price upfront is just a sales hook, you will have to pay for everything you want to add, like blue light, anti-scratch, etc.

Amazing Experience in here with great, fast and efficient professional support, I have been here before but didn’t have the great support the whole staff especially Jose gave me today, he did an amazing job in analyzing, explaining, and finding out what glasses worked great for my need, the price was great and better than expected, Again thanks to Jose and his easygoing and professional effort! Loyal customer for 10+ years. Service is always amazing, all the associates are always so caring and fast to take my order. Management team is always there to help and assist. The manager always recognizes me and treats me with the upmost care when I walk in, I’m always seen by Dr.jimenez and she’s always efficient, clean, and super nice! Love it here, will continue get my contacts and glasses at this very location! Number 1 location for sure

Wanda is amazing. She was kind, professional, encouraging, and helped explain my insurance benefits. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations of America’s Best, but this one is fabulous, largely because of their sweet staff.

Hansel gave me the most thorough contact lens training I have ever had. He was super patient. He taught me things that other optical centers did not teach me in previous sessions. I have always struggled with placement, and he talked me through everything I was doing right and wrong. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience today with him. He should make training videos because none I have seen have touched upon the knowledge and expertise he gave for complete novices like me. Thank you, Hansel!
