I was looking to have my Flares painted on my truck and from the moment I arrived on a Saturday mid morning, I had nothing but good feelings about the place. I talked with the owner, we decided on a price and the job was done within 2 days and it came out FANTASTIC... I highly recommend A&B Paint for any body shop work that is needed.

This place is amazing. They are fast and reasonable. I have had two encounters. The first time, someone hit the back of my loaner and left. It was a small dent. I came here, the owner got on the ground and looked at it, then knocked it out for FREE. The second time, I came in the morning, and they ordered the part I needed, same day. My car was fixed by that afternoon. I will always support this establishment.

Women not welcome! Let's start from the beginning. The guy who seemed to be running this place ignored me first in the office and handled the men first, even if I was there first. Then proceeds to walk me outside to discuss the vehicle. I had brought by boyfriend with me so that way I had a way home. I assumed I would be leaving my car there for a further inspection. Nope, he only proceeds the take a few photos and tells me it's a 50/50 chance it's totaled. I said you're not going to keep it, no since you said it's drives okay you can take it. Excuse me what. How do you know the frame is not bent? How do you know the axel isn't messed up? How do you know it's safe for me to be driving it?!?! After he proceeds to take the photos he says I'll call you tomorrow. I work in business myself, don't set your self up for failure. If you know your busy and won't be able to call then don't leave someone with false expectations. I had to chase him down for an answer and when I finally get one, the response is oh yeah it's totaled. I had to call multiple times to get this answer, he forgot about me even though I was supposed to get a call the next day. Worst customer service I have ever received. I felt this man gave zero shits about me or my car. He took less than 3 hours to determine a car was totaled.. only off photos and didn't have the decently to call when he claimed he would.
