Coffee here has become undrinkable. No longer do you see Colombian or Honduras coffee varieties only 7 eleven house and decaf and are watered down. New management is no longer keeping coffee as it used to be a couple months ago.

Was given the finger and told they were closed while attendant was on her phone. Consistently the worst 711 in South Miami.

I am responding to the review from Top P. that says this: "They allow homeless to live in back and harass customers ,work for them in exchange for electricity and free food. I cant believe franchise owner allows it RIDICULOUS. I WONT GO THERE. "DON'T GO THERE".No morals or respect" I guess I'm confused. What's wrong with a company helping out homeless people to get food and electricity? If that seems like a bad thing to you, I shudder to imagine what kind of person you are. Anyway, I've met the people who live behind the 7 Eleven. First of all, they are not even on 7 Eleven's property, and if you were to talk to them, you'd find that they are the nicest folks on the planet! Their dog is very loyal and just wants to protect them. It's not vicious in the slightest, and you can walk up and pet it anytime you want, even when it's barking at you because it just doesn't know who you are. Many homeless people sit in front of 7 Eleven and harass people, but guess what? It's not the ones that live in the back. I go there all the time and have never once seen either of them sitting out front or harassing anybody! They're good people down on their luck, that's it. We should be helping them out, not trying to disparage their character.

BAD Service. I am writing this review on 09/20/2023 at 2:42pm. I walked into this 7-Eleven, today, a few minutes before 2:00pm. When I entered the store, I got there during a “shift change,” and apparently, during a shift change, the pumps are closed. If someone reading this has ever worked at a gas station then maybe you can advise me if this standard operating procedure, whether it is or whether it isn’t, I would have waited patiently to be attended as the shifts were “changed” if the following hadn’t occurred. The problem is that as people entered the store, no one was greeted by the attendants, the attendants didn’t even look up to acknowledge that people were waiting (they were busy counting money so I can understand that ). When people started to complain or ask, what was the hold (which is natural because no one advised us what was going on) that’s when we were told “We are changing shifts” and they went back to work. At no moment did anyone say “Give us a moment we will be with you in a second.”, “Sorry for the wait”…etc. On the contrary, as the crowd got restless with the attendants' indifference and disregard of our presence, things turned from indifferent to rude. The attendant who was leaving the shift was talking out loud, so we all could hear: “Every day is the same thing, we change shifts at this time.”, (this statement was said with an attitude) one customer started complaining loudly, and they just kept repeating the same thing out loud (with an attitude) so we all could hear: “Every day is the same thing, we change shifts at this time.” Why not just address everyone and say please give us a few minutes, they didn’t say it in the beginning, the middle, or the end. It was as if they were in the store alone and no one was waiting. It was as if they didn’t know what the problem was because every day this is what happened around 2:00 PM and we were just supposed to understand why they were ignoring us. It was as if we were in the wrong for at least wondering why no one even acknowledged us.I have a comment to the attendant who kept saying, “Every day is the same thing, we change shifts at this time.” Every day you don’t have the same people walking into the store. So then every day you are going to have to tell someone new to please give you a moment as you change shifts. I understand that you can’t attend to anyone during a shift change, I get it, that’s perfectly understandable, what is not understandable is to ignore a group of customers that are literally standing in front of you, then get mad when one of them happens to call you out on the fact that we are all standing there and no one who is working on the other side of the counter is saying anything. The other attendant who was also attitude-stricken, got behind the register to start her shift and I was next in line. I asked her to put $25 on pump #8, I handed her a $100 bill, and she said I couldn’t put gas because she just started her shift and she only had $30 in the register. I asked her if there was anything she could do because I was literally on E (empty) and I was about to run out of gas. She said “No”. I walked away and said “Of, course you don’t care,” and she said, “I sure don’t care.”My comment to her is this: I understand that you only had $30 dollars in change to start your shift but you were rude and you know it. Maybe there was nothing you could do, (or maybe there was) there is no way of me knowing, the only thing I am fully aware of was your attitude and your disregard for customer service. To the manager: If shifts change every day at the same time, put a sign up, and let people know that the pumps and the register will be closed from a certain time to a certain time. Make it easier on your staff. Train your staff on how to deal with these types of situations.
