Bathroom looks like it’s never been cleaned, and there were flies in the donut display. I think the gas pump is calibrated wrong. I have a 17 gallon tank that was half full and put in 11 gallons here. Possible, but not likely.

I walked in to grab some hot water for my soup and walked out. I do this every morning. The manager followed me out the car and started speaking to me in Spanish. After piecing everything together, he was accusing me of stealing A FREAKIN CUP NOODLE!
So after I told him that it was bought elsewhere, he proceeded to tell me that I can't use the hot water for that.Apparently no one is supposed to use the hot water, who knew? I think this manager is on a power trip today. It went from accusations of stealing to You can't do that!
Oh and that every time I enter, I need to buy something.
On another occasion, I was stopped from taking my bookbag to the bathroom, I have health complications where I need my bag. 30 seconds later, they let in someone else with a bookbag.
The bathrooms are always disgusting too.

I normally go for a coffee and Pan de Bono and most times they never have the bread (pan de bono) i always ask if they have any more baking and their answer is always No and it takes about an hour to make more. They are totally unprepared and are missing sales due to the lack of preparation. It's costing 7eleven money 💰

I went in this morning 12/14/24 around 7 am, the employees from last night did not make coffee for the morning rush, when I went to pay the employee, tells me it's free,I asked her why, she tells me ,it's free, it was old coffee!!

I went to buy cigarettes last night and the man didn't sell them to me because he said I had a baby face. I went to give him my ID and he told me it wasn't necessary because he knew it was fake. I don't even scan them. In any case I look like a child 😐I'm 25 years old

The most worst customer service I've ever seen I'll very walk in another 711 till they can hire people that can leave the customers alone and let them shop in peace. Can't walk in with a jacket on because they are mad that it's not zipped up all the way. So they are offended Being from the key largo I don't even need a shirt in 9 or of 10 gas stations but I have to be bothered when I shop be some self offended person. Sorry but 100% lost my business all stores look ran down and in need of a remodel. Marathon gas has everything I need. Fire the staff and get real workers that care about making money. Not my looks I think is the real problem..

I’ve been using 7-11’s for roughly 50 years, back when they were open from 7 AM to 11 PM, hence the name. I stopped at this store at 2:40 AM on 4/14/2024 and this is the first time EVER that a 7-11 did not have coffee. Zip. Zero, Nada. I went from one machine to another, tried all the coffee urns, not one drop of coffee. I turned to the clerk that was leaning on the counter and asked, “you have no coffee at all?”. His response was “nope’.
You know why this 7-11 had no coffee? Because the clerk is lazy. So … I drove 2.4 miles south on Route 1 and got coffee at another convenience store, plus $100 in gas. I would avoid this location until they fire the clerk that was leaning on the counter that night.
Update - I see the 'Owner' responded. I provided a specific time and date so that 7-11 could identify the employee (he was the only employee present). So no, I can't provide more info, and your response sounds like an attempt to publicly appear to 'do something'

This 711 is not open 24/7 the man who I just walked into told me they were closed from 11-3am???? Unsure how that’s even possible In any franchise but you guys are better off walking the extra mile and going to Circle k!!!
