I do not know what the front lady is going through, but man her customer service is terrible. Her attitude is worse. Hope somebody replaces that woman.

Delivery needed to be signed for. Of course we work and we’re not home. Instead of trying again, they refused to deliver it. They wanted me to come and get it. Sorry not doing your job for you.
