OMG!!!! This is the second time I have used Spanky's Pressure Washing to pressure wash my home and they did not disappoint!! My driveway looked brand new!! They even got out years old rust and oil stains!! Don't even get me started on the price!! They were at least 35% less than every other company I called!! They will be my pressure washing company forever!!!

Spanky’s is a great family company!!They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, showed up on time, and gave me a very reasonable price. We scheduled for 10 days out.Michael was part of the two-man crew that showed up on time, surveyed the job and quickly got to work. Our job consisted of house, large patio, covered back porch, walkway to the front door, whole driveway, side concrete slab and they even cleaned the Fort Walton Beach Rust on our down spouts, siding, bricks and the city gutter y’all. This was all completed with a team of 2 knowledgeable guys in 3 hours. They really knew their trade and their work showed. Very satisfied….they are programmed in my phone for next time. ?

Two men showed up on time, worked quickly, and the house looks fantastic and even smells great! They even took the time to spray wash some of the lower bricks that had moss growing. I would definitely use them again!

Spanky's son and another gentleman arrived on time and cleaned my metal roof. My home has three separate roofs, one over the main house and one over the garage and one over the master bath and back porch. This required movement of ladders several times and movement of hoses, etc. They did not get on the roofs, but were able to reach 100% of all roofs with their pre-treatment and pressure washer. They were in complete sync and got this 4000 ft2 home done in less than 4 hours. The steel roof looks like new. They even cleaned out the gutters. I will definitely call them back whenever the roof needs it again which may be a long time away. I'll also have them to do other pressure washing jobs for me.

Spanky and his team worked their magic on the outside of our house!! They cleaned the driveway, sidewalk, garage floor, all the soffits and gutters, the deck and windows and made everything look like new. Whole heartedly recommend them
