This store has terrible customer service. We waited inline while the cashier ignored us and continued to stock the shelves behind the counter. When a coworker pointed out we were waiting she continued to ignore us. When I finally said excuse me she acted like I was an inconvenience. Horrible customer service

Third time I've been in in the past 2 weeks there is such a bad vibe in here I came here one night at about a quarter till closing and was rudely an abruptly told by the manager you better hurry up we're getting ready to close I think she could see that it irritated me to be talked to like a 12-year-old so then she was decent at the register I came day before yesterday and the man at the counter was abrupt and irritated and today I come and just get the weirdest vibes in this store it is so quiet and such a strange atmosphere I don't know what's going on here but I feel like I walked into the Twilight zone every time I walk in the store

The store is clean and organized but Katie(older, cashier, short gray hair) just berating customers for the smallest things. We were in line with about 6 other people and every customer she had something negative and snappy to say. From not putting the credit card in right into the reader, asking the price on something, an older guy bought a pack of smokes(he was clearly 60+) and snapping at him for not having his ID out. Understanding its the holiday season and everyone is stressed and working alot of hours but at the end of the day- you are in customer service. If you're having that terrible of a day- call out and stay home. Everyone is going through something so there's just no excuse for being that hostile towards customers. Again-the store is great and clean. Hopefully management can address that team member because we watched her upset every person in that line.

By far the cleanest and friendliest Walgreens I’ve ever been in! The lady who checked me out tonight 12-19-23 was the absolute sweetest!

We mostly use the Walgreens on Homes Beach because it's easy to get to and has lots of parking. The pharmacy has really good staff who are helpful and friendly. Make sure and sign up on their website by adding your name and telephone number you will receive lots of great offers and collect points to use for purchasing items.

Its a decent sized walgreens but the staff is basically not there. They have a great selection and its well stocked and cleaned.

We forgot to bring the umbrella for the beach, came to Walgreens, oh they have almost everything that you need for the beach, anything, and prices are reasonable, thanks again!
