Purchased gas from them two days ago which was contaminated with water from the recent storms . Yesterday our golf cart would not run which means we were stuck changing plugs draining tanks along with buying containers to get gas from Bradenton.We always try and buy local to support the island but never again at this shell.They had environmental tank cleaners there for several days after the storms but they obviously didn’t test their product before they opened. Thankfully all the pumps are shut down as of today.

Told my child they don't have a bathroom. Nasty people. The following evening they were closed over an hour before 10 pm. This location doesn't deserve the Shell name.

The gentleman was very patient even though he was frustrated with the register. The lady was not so patient and rude. All I wanted to do is add my rewards number and the lady told me oh well because it didnt show up on the screen. Some people just don't have patience for customer services. I hope she has a better day.

some old lady screamed at me and my elderly papaw for walking on an open side of the gas station because she had apparently just mopped but how was we supposed to know when there was no wet floor sign and she was just posing with the mop. I understand she was very serious about her moping, but it never really is that serious. moping is a very seriously hard job, maybe so serious they should shut the store down for a few minutes so she can mop her floors.

The old lady in there is very rude and just screamed at me and my girlfriend because the floors were wet and we didn’t know. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!??
