He was the one who took my call the first time I took my my car to them, and he's been there for 20 years! He knows the business, and the customers. There are surely plenty, like me, who continue to bring their cars back to them every time.”

And they test drove it at least 3x which is really important to determine if issues are solved. They did a fantastic job! And the van is running again!! 199k mileage! “I am completely satisfied with my visit to Shepherds tire, I bought a set of tires a few months ago, and after a few weeks I finally drove on the highway at 80 miles an hour and the car shook. Well this morning I had a low pressure warning so I stopped in they found the tire with the low pressure but didn't find anything, I asked about rotating the tires and was pleased to here it was free. I mentioned the balance issue so they checked that and found that all 4 tires were out of balance and because I had stopped and mentioned the problem earlier they rebalanced them for free! Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Shepherds Tire, very pleasant staff, I couldn't be happier.”

“UNBELIEVABLE service! On vacation from Maine, noticed a strange noise in my front end, 2 days before leaving I thought I would stop by to just see if they could take a look. As I was walking up to their shop, I noticed cars waiting for service lined their parking areas. When I was asked "Can we help you", I state "well, by the looks of the cars ahead of me, likely not!" They then said "What is the problem? I explained the noise, showed them what I thought might be the problem, and they said, "Can you bring it by at 9 tomorrow?" "I told them I would have it there at 8 (Not knowing they didn't open til 8:30! That Island Time thing!) They fixed the problem the next day and when they called me, I asked how much? They said "why don't you road test it 1st to make sure its fixed". I did, and it was and they charged me $33.32! I said "What! ... I'll give you a $100.00!" They declined! If the rating had a 10, I would give them a 12!”
