I have been trying to upgrade my SUV to be as good as when new. I made an appointment with Milex for a transmission service and other repairs. While I was in the waiting room, Bill Granger, the shop’s owner (and its mechanic too), asked me to come and look at my SUV which was already up on the lift. He showed me that the transmission oil he had already drained was totally clean and did not need to be replaced. I did not remember until then that I had had the transmission fluid changed not too long ago by another shop. I asked Bill what should happen then since he had already started the job. He said that he would replace it back and would not charge me for a service that I did not need. Well, that is what I call great and honest service.

“One day I was working On my steering pump, and of course, as I was taking the Pulley off the bolt snapped. I had to buy a new one
I took it down to Tom’s automotive And I asked if there was anyway, if you guys could press this pulley on this new pump.. He grabs the pump instantly says he’ll call me within an hour. Remind you, this was last year just a few days before Christmas.. calls me an hour later, I walk in the building I ask how much do I owe you? I don’t know which person it was. I believe it was Tom.. He says merry Christmas No need to pay… I was so happy because I walked a half a mile or maybe a mile with the pully in my hand.. I was so grateful And happy Thank you, Tom automotive.. I installed that steering pump without a problem after”
